WASHINGTON: American actor Vin Diesel has written an emotional and special message to his late friend and former Fast & Furious co-star Paul Walker on his eight death anniversary.
Taking to Instagram, Vin Diesel shared a picture of his daughter Hania and Paul’s daughter Meadow from the latter’s recent wedding. Hania was the maid of honour at the wedding.

“It’s been eight years today and not a day goes by that I don’t reflect of the brotherhood we were blessed to have but you know that. Tragedies in life are always followed by life’s blessings if you just stay open and have faith. Look at this photo Pablo, it will make you smile,” Vin Diesel wrote on Instagram.
Vin Diesel also mentioned the incident when Walker was the only one that could guide him at the time of his daughter’s birth. “My children always tell me that uncle Paul is with you dad, always and I know in my heart that they are right. Miss you Pablo,” he concluded.
Walker’s daughter appreciated Vin Diesel’s post and reminded him how much he means to her. On her wedding in October, he took over the most important role by standing in the place of his pal and walked his daughter down the aisle.
On his eighth death anniversary, Walker’s daughter also penned a few words to remember him. “I love and miss you endlessly. Today and everyday I celebrate your life, your love. And you, my best friend,” she wrote on Twitter.

Eight years ago, Walker, who played Brian O’Connor in the movies, died in a tragic car accident on November 30, 2013.
