LONDON: Jemima Goldsmith, the former wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former prime minister Imran Khan, has married for the second time, more than two decades after her separation from Khan.
Jemima has tied the knot with Dublin-born businessman Cameron O’Reilly.
The news of the wedding was shared on social media by Jemima’s sister-in-law, Jemima Jones, who posted photographs from the wedding celebrations and expressed her happiness and best wishes for the couple. However, the photographs did not show the bride and groom.
News of Jemima’s engagement to 62-year-old Cameron O’Reilly emerged in May this year. Reports at the time said the two had been in a relationship for around a year and had met through their shared interest in and work on documentaries.
Cameron O’Reilly is a prominent financier and the son of the late internationally renowned rugby player Sir Anthony O’Reilly.
Jemima was previously married to Imran Khan in 1995. The couple separated in 2004 after nine years of marriage and have two sons, Sulaiman and Kasim Khan.
The news of Jemima’s second marriage emerged after her family shared the wedding announcement on social media.
