Singer The Weeknd has performed six songs during Metro Boomin’s closing set in the Sahara tent at Coachella.
One of the songs included ‘Double Fantasy’ from The Idol Vol. 1. It’s the first time he’s performed the track, which The Weeknd teased in a video on Instagram featuring Abel Tesfaye watching an orchestra perform the intro in a recording studio.
The Idol, the Weeknd’s forthcoming HBO show with Euphoria creator Sam Levinson, is scheduled to premiere—out of competition—at Cannes Film Festival.
