KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) has recorded a decline of 43.43 points after fluctuating during the trading day.
The stock market witnessed a 0.1 percent decline in trading during the day, with 82,183,370 shares traded. The 100 Index closed at 42,983.45 points. On the other hand, after the open market, the US dollar reached the level of Rs 200 against the rupee in the interbank market.
According to the data of the State Bank of Pakistan, during the fourth trading day of this week, the value of the US dollar against the rupee increased by Rs 1.61 paise in the interbank market. As per the data, the value of the US dollar against the rupee in the interbank market has risen from Rs 198.39 to Rs 200.
