KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah on Wednesday confirmed that health officials registered 320 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours.
CM Shah has expressed concerns over the increase in numbers of local transmission of coronavirus cases in Karachi.
Addressing the citizens CM Murad said “320 new cases surfaced in Sindh today and take the total number of cases in the province to 3,373. Local transmission of COVID-19 cases is increasing and all of us need to keep our eyes open to this ominous development.”
In a video statement today, Murad Ali Shah said that provincial government conducted 2097 tests of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, out of which 320 comes positive.
