ISLAMABAD: Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud will arrive in Pakistan today along with a delegation and is slated to meet Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and other top officials.
According to the details, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan will arrive in Islamabad along with a high-level delegation. The purpose of the delegation’s arrival is to review investment opportunities from Saudi Arabia in Pakistan, which is expected to improve the Pakistani economy.
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan will arrive in Pakistan for a two-day visit. The delegation includes the Saudi Minister of Water and Agriculture, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Deputy Minister of Investment, and the head of the Saudi Special Committee, as well as other officials of the Ministry of Energy and other officials.
During the visit to Pakistan, the Saudi delegation will meet with President Asif Ali Zardari, PM Shehbaz Sharif, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, and other ministers. The delegation will explore the possibilities of Saudi investment in Pakistan. Meanwhile, the delegation will also meet with the SIFC Apex Committee.
The objectives of the delegation’s visit include promoting Pakistan-Saudi Arabia bilateral cooperation and giving positive impetus to economic partnership. The prime minister while addressing an event on Sunday said that a high-level delegation of Saudi Arabia would visit Pakistan.
