The Rawalpindi Traffic Police has revealed the possibility of terrorism in the long march, after which instructions have been issued to conduct special checks on ambulances, fire brigades, and government vehicles.
It has been informed that official vehicles can be used in terrorism, and instructions were also issued to immediately report suspicious vehicles to the district police.
More personnel will also be required to maintain traffic flow. Rawalpindi Traffic Police CTO Rawalpindi Naveed Irshad also released important highways, diversion points, and alternative route plans regarding the long march.
Circle and sector in-charges will perform their duties to ensure the best flow of traffic and provide all possible facilities to the citizens. The CTO has directed that all circle in-charges should inspect their area and complete all arrangements before the long march.
Naveed Irshad said that during the long march duty, all the young men should work more hard and enthusiastically than before. It is our mission to provide all possible traffic facilities to the citizens under all conditions.
