ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Muhammad Mian Soomro has been de-notified as a member of the National Assembly.
According to the details, Mohammad Mian Soomro was elected Member of the National Assembly from NA-196 Jacobabad on a PTI ticket, but due to his absence, the National Assembly declared his seat vacant.
The National Assembly Secretariat has notified the senior politician of Sindh Muhammad Mian SoomrO. It should be clear that Muhammad Mian Soomro has also been the Caretaker Prime Minister and Senate Chairman of the country.
Muhammad Mian Soomro was sworn in as the Caretaker Prime Minister on 16 November 2007. By profession, Muhammad Mian Soomro chose the banking sector. In 2008, Soomro also became the Acting President of the country.
Muhammad Mian Soomro served as Caretaker President from 18 August 2008 to 9 September 2008 and as Prime Minister from 16 November 2007 to 25 March 2008.
Muhammad Mian Soomro served as Senate Chairman from March 23, 2003, to March 11, 2009, while in his political career he was also associated with PTI and Q-League.
