GUJARAT: Anti-Trump protests have erupted in several parts of India as the US President reached in Ahmedabad of Gujarat on Monday.
As per details, a large number of people, activists and supporters of left-parties raised slogans against Donald Trump’s visit to India, in Guwahati.
Protest demonstrations were also held in the Indian city of Mysuru where participants started ‘Go Back Trump’ protest opposing the visit of Donald Trump to India.
The protesters gathered at Gandhi Square in the city. They demanded of Prime Minister Narendra Modi not to sign any Memorandum of Understanding during Trump’s visit.
Protests were also staged against US President’s visit in Lucknow, of Uttar Pradesh where people condemn the US president and Washington’s support to the Israeli prime minister.
Protests have erupted in India’s capital New Delhi over a new citizenship law that has been the center of vicious clashes in recent months, as thousands anticipate the appearance of US President Donald Trump in India.
Protest demonstrations were also held in several other areas of India against US president and Washington’s support to Israel.
