ISLAMABAD: At least 514 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Pakistan while 2 more people died of the virus in the last 24 hours.
According to figures released by the NCOC, a total of 1,520,634 people were infected with coronavirus across the country, while 30,319 people infected with the virus lost their lives. The mortality rate remains at 2 percent.
During the last 24 hours, 38,595 tests were conducted across Pakistan while the percentage of positive cases was 1.33 percent. The number of tests performed so far has reached 27 million 36 thousand 710 while 546 patients of coronavirus are in intensive care.

In the last 24 hours across the country, 537 patients of coronavirus have succumbed to the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 1,472,828. The active cases of Corona have remained at 17,487.

At least 572,868 cases were reported in Sindh, 54,142 in Punjab, 218,433 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 134,887 in Islamabad, 35,453 in Balochistan, 43,200 in Azad Kashmir, and 11,651 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
In Punjab, 13,541 people died due to coronavirus, 8,091 in Sindh, 6,306 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 1,022 in Islamabad, 790 in Azad Kashmir, 378 in Balochistan and 191 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
