Pakistan on Friday defeated Bangladesh national cricket team by 128 runs in the second ODI of the three-match series using the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method, leveling the series 1-1.
Playing under the captaincy of Shaheen Shah Afridi, Pakistan posted 274 runs after being put in to bat first when Bangladesh won the toss and opted to field. However, rain interrupted the match, and Bangladesh were set a revised target of 243 runs in 32 overs.
Pakistan were bowled out for 274 in the 48th over. Young batter Maaz Sadaqat played a brilliant knock of 75 runs off 46 balls, smashing six fours and five sixes.
Salman Ali Agha also made a valuable contribution with 64 runs, hitting seven fours and two sixes. Mohammad Rizwan scored 44 runs, while opener Sahibzada Farhan added 31 and Faheem Ashraf chipped in with 14.

For Bangladesh, Rishad Hossain took three wickets, while Mehidy Hasan Miraz claimed two.
Chasing the revised target of 243, Bangladesh were bowled out for just 114 runs in the 24th over.
Litton Das top-scored with 41 runs, while Towhid Hridoy made 28 and Saif Hassan added 12.
For Pakistan, Maaz Sadaqat and Haris Rauf picked up three wickets each, while captain Shaheen Shah Afridi took two.
With the 128-run victory, the three-match ODI series is now tied 1-1 after Bangladesh had won the first match convincingly.
