LAHORE: Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Fawad Chaudhry has alleged that no institution enjoyed any respect in, what he called, ‘current hybrid system’.

Taking to Twitter, Fawad Chaudhry alleged that the senior most bureaucrat was being locked up in his office, while judges were being blackmailed through audios and videos.

His comments came just a day after he alleged that the Punjab chief secretary was not only pressurized to implement the governor’s “unconstitutional” order, but he was even manhandled and locked up in a unless and until he signed the notification of dismissing Pervaiz Elahi and his entire cabinet.

Fawad Chaudhry said that the Parliament had become ‘rubber stamp’, while 45 cases were registered for posting a mere tweet, a reference to Azam Swati who had been nominated in dozens of FIRs across Pakistan for his controversial remarks against former Army Chief General Bajwa.

He alleged that the criminal justice system had crashed in the country, terrorism had returned and the economy stood ruined.
