Morning show host Nida Yasir, who was mercilessly trolled on social media after a clip of an old interview recently went viral, has finally responded to trolls.
The viral video dates back to 2016 when Nida invited two NUST students who had invented their own Formula 1. However, after 5 years, the video somehow resurfaced again, and the host received criticism online.
Recently, the Naadaaniyan star in an interview with Independent Urdu said, “Even I am laughing at this clip. I find it funny too. This was a mistake and I am laughing at it.”

Moreover, Nida admitted her mistake and said that she would try her best to avoid such blunders in the future and ask questions after having properly researched the topic. She has no idea how the clip went viral out of the blue.

The viral video triggered plenty of reactions on social media with many trolling the TV show host. While many commented that Yasir should have prepared before the interview, others were amused by the questions.
