Wedding preparations for Zaid Hussain Nawaz, the grandson of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif and son of Hussain Nawaz, are in full swing at Jati Umra.
The wedding celebrations will begin on December 24 with the Mehndi and Dholki ceremonies, followed by the Nikah on December 25. A special Qawwali night is planned for December 26 at the family residence in Jati Umra.
The groom, Zaid Hussain, will don the traditional Sehra on December 27 as he leads the wedding procession. The grand Walima reception will take place on December 29, also at Jati Umra.
The wedding will host approximately 700 guests, including family members, political figures, and dignitaries from both local and international circles. The Nikah ceremony is expected to accommodate 500 guests, while the Walima will welcome an expanded guest list, featuring friends, relatives, and political personalities.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to arrive at Jati Umra at 4 PM today to oversee the final arrangements.
