LAHORE: Federal Minister of Petroleum Musadik Malik has termed the protest as the duty of the opposition and has said that it is necessary to act in the House.
According to the report of Aaj News, while talking to the media in Lahore, the federal minister of Petroleum said that PPP’s support in the Senate election was unconditional, and in the past, their support was also unconditional.
During the conversation, Malik expressed hope that all his candidates will be successful in the Senate election and said that the opposition must protest, it is also necessary to be polite while expressing opinion in the House.
Recently, while commenting on the fluctuations in the prices of petroleum products, Musadik Malik said that when the prices increase at the global level, the prices of oil also increase in Pakistan.
It should be noted that even earlier, the Minister of State for Petroleum and Senator Dr. Musadik Malik, had explained the reasons for the increase in the prices of petroleum products.
In a statement last year, Musadik Malik said that petrol has become expensive due to the increase in the price of oil at the international level, the exchange rate of the dollar and the rupee. It is to be noted that the prices of petroleum products have been increasing continuously for a long time.
