According to a report by ARY News, the mother, identified as Komal Sheikh, has been arrested. During initial questioning, she confessed to the crime, revealing that she used a knife to kill her children in separate rooms.
When asked about her motive for this horrific act, the suspect remained silent and did not offer any explanation. Police and rescue teams responded to the scene after being alerted about the incident.
The bodies of the children were transported to the hospital for a post-mortem examination. Authorities have recovered the murder weapon and are continuing their investigation into the case.
