Former Pakistan cricketer and ex-chief of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ramiz Raja is obviously a huge fan of Babar Azam, however Ramiz, in his gushing over the Pakistan’s captain, ended up trending on social media.
Raja was in the commentary box during the Lanka Premier League (LPL) match on Monday (August 7) which was where he slammed a hundred.

While the broadcasters on air were talking about Babar’s almost unreal consistency across formats, Raja made an odd comment suggesting that he would want to marry the 28-year-old.
“Fifty in security, class and quality. Calmness. He is your guy in such a situation. He can bat deep in the innings,” Raja said on-air.
In banter of sorts, when his fellow commentator asked whether he wanted to add more objectives, the former cricketer replied: “I absolutely love him… Yeah, want to marry him.”
The clip of his comment during the Colombo Strikers vs Galle Titans LPL 2023 fixture has gone viral on social media.
