ISLAMABAD: The federal government has decided to speed up confidence-building measures with its coalition partners and tasked senior party leader Jahangir Tareen to establish contacts with the coalition partner’s leadership, regarding the country’s political scenario.
Sources said PTI’s central leader Jahangir Tareen has been given a special mission by Prime Minister Imran Khan as a delegation headed by him would continue contacts with coalition political parties leadership.

The meeting with the leadership of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P), Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q), Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) and Balochistan National Party Mengal (BNP-M), the move is being taken to speed up confidence-building measures.
Jahangir Tareen will also hold meetings in Balochistan with Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti and other coalition partners.
