Jahangir Khan picks Humayun Saeed to play his role in biopic

Jahangir Khan has revealed the name of the actor who he would wish to essay his role of world Squash champion if a movie is ever made on him and he is none other than Humayun Saeed.

During a recent interview on a talk show, Jahangir Khan spoke on the importance of biopics that such movies are very important for inspiration and are very important for children. “We have many sports legends so I think biopics should even be made for their learning,” he maintained.

Asked about his plans to write an autobiography, the sports star shared that the thought had never crossed his mind but now he thinks he should and would want Humayun Saeed to play his role in the movie.

While talking about his favourite actor, Khan, who currently lives in Karachi with his wife Rubina and their two children, revealed that he does not watch many films but he likes Abid Ali and Jamshed Ansari from the Pakistani television serials he has seen. He also named Shehnaz Sheikh as one of his favourite female actors in Pakistan.

in 2018, Khan became the world’s youngest world squash champion and won the World Open six times and the British Open 10 times. He retired as a player in 1993 and has served as President of the World Squash Federation from 2002 to 2008.
