Instagram has introduced schedule post. Now Professional accounts on Instagram can schedule their posts in the app, the company announced.
Users will be able to schedule posts, reels, and carousels up to 75 days in advance thanks to a recently introduced feature, which was previously only possible with third-party programs. The technology will only be available to businesses and creators for the time being, so not everyone will be able to use it. The new functionality would let creators schedule their grid posts, Reels, and carousels in addition to the Live videos they can already arrange up to 90 days in advance.
A few weeks ago, Meta started “testing the capacity to schedule content with a percentage of [its] worldwide community,” which led to this change.
Scheduling posts works pretty much exactly as you think it would. You prepare a post, tap “Advanced settings,” and click “Schedule this post.” Then, you choose the date and time, toggle back to the Instagram post flow, and click “Schedule.” Easy.
The “planned content” component, which also enables users to reschedule material, will allow creators and companies to view all of their scheduled postings in one location.
If you want to schedule your Insta posts but don’t have a “pro” account, do not worry. There are numerous additional ways to plan posts using third-party applications like Planoly, Buffer, and others.
