Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan has as Pathaan in movie ‘Pathaan’ and the movie has already taken internet by storm.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, the movie stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in pivotal roles. Released today, the movie has been mostly well received by the Indian movie critics.
According to Indian movie critics, the Siddharth Anand dictorial is an adventurous movie with high-octane action sequences. One of the film critics called the movie a blockbuster. For him, Pathaan has it all; star power, style, scale, songs, soul, substance and twists.
Another film critic was quoted as saying, “SRK may be responsible for one of the modern Hindi cinema’s greatest action set pieces with Ra One’s local train sequence.. but he may well have just matched it with one in Pathaan (which just happens to also take place on a train).”

A film critic was impressed by the movie’s cinematography and noted that Pathaan had a breathtaking action sequences. Cinematography is at another level. Moreover, Indian film critics loved Salman khan’s cameo in Pathaan and called it a treat to watch out for.
However, few social media users despite critic’s thumps up reaction were not convinced with the movie. A user tweeted that he was expecting the script way better. For him, the movie is a 4/10. He felt like he was watching a cheaper version of Mission Impossible.
Inshort, For Indian critics, Pathaan is unapologetically fun. The movie is not trying to send a public service message or pass a commentary on the current state of affairs. Instead, it sets the clock back to a time when a Shah Rukh Khan film at the cinemas was a moment to rejoice.
