Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a sharp decline on Tuesday as the price of gold in the local market dropped by Rs2,700 per tola, clocking in at Rs286,400.
The price of 10-gram gold dropped by Rs2,315, bringing it to Rs245,541, according to the rates provided by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Monday, the price of gold per tola declined by Rs300, settling at Rs289,100.

Meanwhile, the international gold rate also witnessed a decrease on Tuesday. According to the APGJSA, the international price stood at $2,741 per ounce (including a $20 premium), marking a $26 decline during the day.
Similarly, silver prices fell by Rs32, settling at Rs3,363 per tola.
