Five killed, several injured as blast strikes Chaman

CHAMAN: At least five people were killed and fifteen others were injured on Monday when a blast ripped through Chaman in Balochistan.
The injured had been shifted to a Civil Hospital Chaman The bomb reportedly targetted a vehicle of the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF).
An additional contingent of police officials and Levies have arrived at the Mall Road in Chaman and cordoned off the area while further investigation is underway.
According to reports, the blast was planted in a motorcycle. Many cars parked in the area were damaged due to the intensity of the blast. 

Prime Minister Imran Khan has strongly condemned the Chaman blast. He expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the blast and prayed for early recovery of the injured.

Information Minister Shibli Faraz, Interior Minister Ijaz Ahmad Shah, and Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan have also strongly denounced the blast in Chaman.
Balochistan Chief Minister said terrorists want to create law and order issue in Chaman but will not succeed in their nefarious designs.
