Natasha Iqbal, the wife of prominent businessman Danish Iqbal has been arrested after she killed a man in his daughter in a road accident on Monday.
A case has also been registered against the accused at the Bahadurabad police station regarding the traffic accident that occurred in the Karsaz area. The case was filed by the brother of the deceased, Arif
Authorities have confirmed that Natasha is the wife of prominent businessman Danish Iqbal who belongs to Gul Ahmad Group. According to eyewitnesses, Natasha appeared to be intoxicated and attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by bystanders.
Police stated that the female driver of the vehicle involved in the accident was also injured. The accused, who sustained a head injury, is undergoing a CT scan at Jinnah Hospital.
According to police, the traffic accident resulted in the deaths of a father and daughter, while five others were injured. The condition of one of the injured is critical.
It is pertinent to note that a tragic accident occurred on Karsaz Road yesterday, where two people, including a woman, were killed and four others injured after a car collision.
The female driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to collide with other vehicles and motorcycles. Subsequently, the police apprehended the woman responsible for the accident who had fled the scene.
