Ertugrul star reportedly withdraws from deal with Pakistani fraudster

ISTANBUL: Turkish actress Engin Altan Duzyatan has reportedly canceled his $1 million deal with Pakistani businessman Kashif Zameer, a fraudster who hosted the actor in Pakistan.

Engin Altan has reportedly stated that he withdrew from the agreement with the private company owned by the Sialkot-based businessman. He said, “I want to promote bilateral ties between Pakistan and Turkey.”

Moreover, he also reportedly canceled his upcoming visit to the country after withdrawing from the agreement. However, he has reportedly announced that he will soon reveal a new date for his visit to Pakistan.

Zameer had previously signed a deal with Engin Altan to become a global ambassador to his business. Last week, Punjab Police had arrested Zameer who hosted the visit of Turkish star Engin Altan Düzyatan to Pakistan.

According to a criminal record of Kashif Zameer, four cases were registered against him in Lahore, two each in Toba Tek Singh and Sialkot. Cases were registered against Kashif Zameer in Lahore’s Mozang, Chohang, Civil Line, and Township police stations.
