ISLAMABAD: Ertugrul actor Celal Ali, who is currently on a visit to Pakistan, has donated blood for children diagnosed with thalassemia.
Celal Ali, who plays the character of Abdul Rahman Alp in the hit Turkish television series ‘Ertugrul’, visited the Omair-Sana Foundation (OSF) and Children’s Hospital Karachi and donated blood for children diagnosed with thalassemia.
“Turkish blood is being donated for Pakistani children; this will further strengthen the bond between the two nations,” BMT Surgeon and General Secretary OSF Dr. Saqib Ansari said.
The Turkish star is currently in Pakistan as part of a Turkish delegation, which made its way for a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan and aims to help the nation’s film and drama industry to locally produce good quality shows.

The Turkish star has not held back in showing his love for the country, earlier sharing a picture with the caption: “Your brothers and sisters from Turkey are with you, and along with greeting you with salam, they are also praying for you. Dil Dil Pakistan, Can Can Pakistan, Turkiye Pakistan brotherhood zindabad İnshallah Alhamdulıllah.”
