Dollar, Pound and Euro Rates Revealed: Check Today’s Latest Currency Prices

KARACHI: New exchange rates for major foreign currencies, including the US dollar, British pound and euro, have been released in Pakistan’s open market. According to the rates updated at 11:00 a.m. on September 9, 2026, the US dollar is being bought at Rs278.05 and sold at Rs278.55 in the open market.

The British pound is being bought at Rs375.75 and sold at Rs378.70, while the euro is being bought at Rs322.48 and sold at Rs325.46.

The Saudi riyal is being bought at Rs74.05 and sold at Rs74.70, while the UAE dirham is being bought at Rs75.75 and sold at Rs76.58.

Similarly, the Australian dollar is being bought at Rs199.05 and sold at Rs202.47. The Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs198.82 and sold at Rs204.81, while the Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs38.27 and sold at Rs38.99.

The Japanese yen is being bought at Rs1.7339 and sold at Rs1.8337 in the open market.

Interbank Market Rates

In the interbank market, the US dollar has a bank buying rate of Rs277.25 and a selling rate of Rs277.75.

The euro is being bought by banks at Rs322.46 and sold at Rs323.04, while the British pound is being bought at Rs375.59 and sold at Rs376.27.

The Saudi riyal has a bank buying rate of Rs73.84 and a selling rate of Rs73.98.

In the interbank market, the Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs201.27 and sold at Rs201.63, while the Australian dollar is being bought at Rs200.34 and sold at Rs200.70. The Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs41.35 and sold at Rs41.42.

Among other currencies, the Singapore dollar is being bought at Rs219.24 and sold at Rs219.63. The Swiss franc is being bought at Rs342.65 and sold at Rs343.26, while the Swedish krona is being bought at Rs28.90 and sold at Rs28.95. The Hong Kong dollar is being bought at Rs35.37 and sold at Rs35.43.

The Thai baht is being bought at Rs8.44 and sold at Rs8.45, while the Danish krone is being bought at Rs43.13 and sold at Rs43.21.
