Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively have reportedly settled their legal dispute with no financial payout, according to multiple media reports.
On Monday, May 4, attorneys for both sides issued a joint statement, noting that the film It Ends With Us remains a source of pride for everyone involved in its production, according to PEOPLE.
The statement added that while the process had been challenging, concerns raised by Lively were acknowledged and “deserved to be heard.”
Both parties also stressed their commitment to maintaining respectful and professional workplaces free from inappropriate conduct. They expressed hope that the settlement would bring closure and allow all involved to move forward peacefully, including fostering a healthier online environment.
Although the terms of the agreement have not been publicly disclosed, sources cited by Variety cautioned that any claims about the specifics of the confidential deal are inaccurate. Court filings are expected to provide more details in the coming days.
According to Page Six, negotiations had been ongoing for several weeks, with insiders describing the resolution as a “last-minute deal” reached just before trial preparations intensified. Earlier claims, including allegations of sexual harassment, had already been dismissed prior to the settlement.
