According to Meera, Arshad Nadeem, who finished fifth in the final of men’s javelin throw competition in the Olympics, played ‘cricket’ very well. The actress said that Nadeem has made the nation proud by playing good cricket for Pakistan.
According to the details, in her recent interview, actress Meera shared her thoughts and well wishes for Nadeem, who is Pakistan’s first track and field athlete to compete at the quadrennial event of the Olympics.
Meera went on to say that Javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem played cricket very honestly and the government has to encourage such national heroes. The actress further said that the government should encourage heroes from other fields including the film industry.
