Gold and Silver Prices Surge Again in Pakistan as Gold Crosses Rs442,000 per Tola

KARACHI: Gold and silver prices continued to climb in Pakistan’s local bullion markets on October 10, with the price of gold rising by Rs1,100 per tola and silver becoming Rs43 more expensive.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs1,100 per tola to Rs442,036. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs943 to Rs378,974.

Silver prices also recorded an increase, with the price per tola climbing by Rs43 to Rs6,555.

Meanwhile, gold prices in the international market also moved higher. The price of gold rose by $11 per ounce to reach $4,195.
