SRINAGAR: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has condemned upsurge in extrajudicial killings, arbitrary arrests by Indian forces in the occupied Kashmir.

In a statement released on even of International Human Rights Day, the APHC said as the world is observing human rights day today, systematic genocide, extrajudicial killings, denial of religious, social and political rights, arbitrary arrests and torture of innocent Kashmiris by brutal Indian troops is order of the day in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The APHC said the oppressed people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir were not enjoying even a bit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the UN General Assembly on this day in 1948.

The APHC Spokesman said oppressors like India, involved in heinous war crimes against people demanding their inalienable right to self-determination should face trial in International Court of Justice and International War Tribunal.
