If we say Aijaz Aslam is a perfect example of ‘you are what you eat’ then it won’t be wrong as the actor is admired because of his extremely fit personality and his clean eating habits.
He recently shared tips from his routine during sehri and iftar in Ramadan transmission ‘Main Bol’ and said that clean eating is something he’s passionate about and he loves to share it with people.
Aijaz Aslam said, “If you eat healthy things in less quantity you can do well during the fast (Roza).”
According to him:
- He eats porridge-like oats as it gives energy for the whole day.
- He uses almond milk with porridge and advised people to use low-fat milk also; hot or cold, up to them.
- He also uses coconut powder and fruits in the porridge with sugar-free carbs and peanut butter.
- A sugar-free protein shake is his favourite.
In sehri, Aijaz Aslam prefers eating slowly that too for two hours. He takes/consumes:
- Smoothies that are made from different fruits to get hydrated.
- Drink more than 3 liters of water during Ramadan.
- Makes Watermelon shake with ginger.
- Have cucumber smoothies as well.
- Have blended fruits instead of juices.
