THATTA: At least three people were killed and four others sustained injuries after a van collided with a truck near Thatta in Sindh province on late Thursday night.
According to rescue sources, a fast-moving van collided with a truck near Thatta. As a result, three people suffered severe injuries and died on the spot, while four others injured in the accident.
The eyewitness said that the accident was so severe that the three persons died on the inside the car after the collision without receiving any medical assistance.
Soon after the accident, rescue teams reached the scene and shifted the bodies and injured to a nearby hospital for autopsies and treatment, respectively.
The identities of the deceased and injured could not be ascertained immediately.
Earlier on February 19, A man was killed and three others injured in separate road mishaps in different areas of the metropolis.
rescue sources informed a fast-moving car hit a motorcycle on Badin Bypass road. As a result, two people identified as Allah Bachayo Halepoto and Mohsin Halepoto sustained serious injuries.
Being informed the rescue workers reached the scene and shift the injured to a hospital. However, Allah Bachayo succumbed to his injuries.
Separately on the same date, a van and a truck collided due to over speeding near Sohrab goth in which a man, Irshad Ali Sand was injured.
