In a written statement, Chadhar and his wife, Sameera Khan, alleged that approximately Rs8.3 million was transferred to Momina Iqbal during the course of their relationship.

Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal and Punjab Assembly member Saqib Khan Chadhar of the PML-N are involved in a high-profile legal dispute marked by competing allegations of cyber harassment, blackmail, and defamation.

In a written statement, Chadhar and his wife, Sameera Khan, alleged that approximately Rs8.3 million was transferred to Momina Iqbal during the course of their relationship.

Chadhar further claimed that he covered substantial domestic and international travel expenses after becoming acquainted with the actress in 2020.

The statement also alleged that he paid AUD 13,000 toward the university fees of Momina’s sister, Ramsha Iqbal, and claimed that an additional AUD 10,000 was obtained through blackmail.

Chadhar maintained that the relationship deteriorated after he learned that the actress had previously been married and divorced, information he alleged was not disclosed to him. He said he ended all ties in August 2025.

Earlier, Momina Iqbal had filed a complaint with the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), accusing Chadhar of stalking, intimidation, and psychological harassment.

She also alleged that he threatened to leak private material and used AI-generated images to damage her reputation after she rejected his marriage proposal.
