Sahibzada Farhan reaches major milestone in T20I cricket

Pakistan’s opening batter Sahibzada Farhan has achieved a significant milestone in T20 International cricket.

During the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka, Sahibzada Farhan completed 1,000 runs in T20 Internationals in the match against the United States.

The 29-year-old reached the landmark in his 41st T20I innings, becoming the 10th Pakistani batter to achieve the feat.

Before him, Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Hafeez, Shoaib Malik, Fakhar Zaman, Umar Akmal, Ahmed Shehzad, Shahid Afridi and Saim Ayub have also completed 1,000 T20I runs for Pakistan.

In today’s match, Sahibzada Farhan played a brilliant knock of 73 runs off 41 balls, playing a key role in helping Pakistan post a strong total.
