No matter what kind of drugs one uses, it harms the most and if it is an addiction of power, then sometimes a person crosses all boundaries. The same thing has happened with former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Imran Khan, on the presumption of rigging in the 2018 general elections and 35 punctures, took off all the cloaks of ethics, literature, etiquette and civility aboard the container and used language which can not be appreciated.
It is a fact that hate speech has been used in the past from Bhutto to Nawaz Sharif but it is still Imran Khan’s fault that he regularly defames or calls people by wrong names in public gatherings.
Despite being in power, Imran Khan continued to use vulgar language on which his fans would nod and try to make this language a part of their practical lives, the practical example of which can be seen on social media.
Imran Khan had the worst period of government in the history of Pakistan, whatever the reasons may be but it is a bitter truth that Imran Khan’s government is called the most failed government and surprisingly if PTI workers or leaders are asked about performance, they have no answer other than abusive language.
The culture of intolerance that Imran Khan fostered in politics is unprecedented. Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was sent abroad by Imran Khan himself and later on, he was criticized for presenting false reports. No one is going to ask him to at least defend his decision properly.
The PTI calls itself the largest representative body of overseas Pakistanis and it is possible because those living abroad do not understand the situation in Pakistan nor do they feel the pain of being crushed in the mill of inflation. Those who chanted slogans of change with a full stomach would have understood the plight of the common man of Pakistan, they too might have given up their support for PTI. That is why they are ready to go to any extent in support of Imran Khan.
Disagreement with political ideology has its place but the support of one’s favorite party is the right of every human.
PTI workers whether in Pakistan or anywhere in the world have the right to support Imran Khan as they wish. But here, when it comes to the siege of opponents, it is not at all polite.
PTI workers have been harassing Nawaz Sharif and his family in London for a long time, which is a shameful act and as every action has a reaction, now the PML-N has also responded to Khan’s ex-wife. Protests have started outside Jemima’s house.
No one can be supported here but the point is that you will have to cut the thorns that you have sown, because if you had stopped your workers from besieging Nawaz Sharif’s family in London, maybe today these people would not have protested outside the house of Jemima Goldsmith.
As far as Jemima’s leaving Pakistan is concerned, even if she left Pakistan, her three children are still with her and if it is also assumed that the children have nothing to do with politics, and in the same perspective Hassan, Hussain Nawaz has also nothing to do with politics and even Maryam, Hussain and Hassan’s children were harassed in London.
If you had shown foresight and brought your workers into the realm of morality then your children would not have been ashamed but unfortunately, you have been expressing happiness over such shameful acts and calling it a public reaction so now also be prepared for retaliation because the thorns you have sown will not produce roses in any case, now you will have to reap your own sowing.
