ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial will hear the notice taken on the current political situation today.
According to details, the hearing of the suomoto notice case of the Supreme Court on the situation in the country will be held today at 1 o’clock for which notices were issued to 33 parties including PTI and PPP leaders.
Notices have also been issued to President Dr Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Imran Khan, Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri and Secretary Ministry of Defense for hearing the case.
Notices were issued to the ANP, PPP, PML-N, JUI and BNP Mengal from the opposition parties besides the Interior Ministry headed by Sheikh Rashid, Fawad Chaudhry’s Ministry of Law and Justice, Parliamentary Affairs and Establishment. ۔

Apart from the Attorney General of Pakistan, Pakistan Bar Council, Election Commission, Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser, Secretary National Assembly, Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Advocate Generals of DC Islamabad, Federal Capital and Provinces have also been served notices.
The Home Secretary and the Defense Secretary will present the report in the Supreme Court today. The position of all the parties will be heard during the hearing of the suo motu notice case in the Supreme Court. Earlier, the Chief Justice had said that it was Ramadan. Do not want to hang the case.
