ISLAMABAD: Chairman People’s Party and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has paid tribute to former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on his birthday and said that he was a most popular leader of the people after Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
According to the details, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s birth anniversary is being celebrated across the country. The foreign minister said in a special message on this occasion that Zulfikar Bhutto was a symbol of the power of the people, and his ideology of struggle and sacrifice for the country remained eternal.
In a message from the Media Cell Bilawal House, the foreign minister said that those who tried to erase Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s views were left unmarked in history.

In the message, Chairman People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that Zulfikar Ali Bhutto developed the country politically and economically with his sincerity and tact, hard work, and dedication. Shaheed Bhutto gave the first unanimous constitution besides giving political consciousness and empowerment to the people.
Chairman People’s Party said, “Zulfikar Ali Bhutto gave the country its nuclear program, made us the center of the Islamic world, and also laid the foundation of Pakistan-China relations.” He added, “It was his distinction to transform the relations of the two countries into unbreakable friendship. He also gave workers the right to trade unions.”
He said that Benazir Bhutto did not care about her life while struggling to complete the mission of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto throughout her life. “We will make Pakistan a role model for the Islamic world in the light of vision and mission of People’s Party founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto,” he said.
