SYLHET: Sri Lanka has given Pakistan a target of 123 runs to win in the semifinals of the Women’s Asia Cup. Both the teams have bright chances of winning the match.
According to the details, the Sri Lankan team scored 122 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs while batting first during the semi-final match at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Bangladesh.
Nashrah Sindhu of the national women’s team guided three players to the pavilion by giving 17 runs in 4 overs. Sidra Iqbal, Nida Dar, and Ayman Iqbal dismissed one player each. Sri Lankan batsman Harshita scored the highest 35 runs.

At the beginning of the batting, the Sri Lankan team looked wobbly against the Pakistani bowlers when captain Chamari Attaptu scored 10 runs off 11 balls and was bowled by Nida Dar with a total score of 23. Sri Lanka’s third wicket fell at a total score of 89 when Nilakshi De Silva scored 14 runs off 27 balls and was caught out by Nashrah Sindhu. Sri Lanka’s fourth wicket fell on 102, fifth on 112, and sixth on a total score of 122.
