It’s a famous saying: ‘Remember that the most valuable antiques are dear old friends’ but will a person do when his own old friend accuses him of making him hostage? A similar incident came to light when prominent politician Asif Ali Zardari’s old friend Ahmed Mustafa Memon accused the Pakistani former president of doing the same.
He not only claimed that he was held hostage but also wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan. Now, everyone is wondering who Ahmed Mustafa Memon really is?
Ahmed Mustafa Memon
Ahmed Mustafa Memon is a prominent businessman of Karachi and an old dear friend of Asif Ali Zardari. According to Memon, he and his father were 40 years old friends of Asif Ali Zardari and they were considered very close friends of him.

The case
Recently, Memon wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, and the Chief of Army Staff in which he accused Zardari of making him hostage through his ADC Jalali and Ali Hassan Brohi for 4 hours at Bilawal House.
Memon also claimed that Zardari also tried to get his lands named after his frontman Muhammad Siddique Adam Jee and some of lands and shops and petrol pumps were also taken away.
Now according to Ahmed Memon, son of Mustafa Memon has revealed in a letter to Corps Commander Karachi that he has two petrol pumps on National Highway running under the name of New Super Trucking and Filling Station. On February 19, 2022 Ali Brohi accompanied by 2o to 25 unidentified armed men came to our petrol pump and took away Rs. 438.98 million including cash, equipment, machinery, diesel, petrol, licensed weapons.
