گوگل نیوز پر ہمیں فالو کریںراولپنڈی: سوشل میڈیا صارفین نے توہین مذہب کے جرم میں سزاء یافتہ انیقہ عتیق کی رہائی کیلئے مہم شروع کردی، سوشل میڈیا پر ٹرینڈ بھی بن گیا۔
سوشل میڈیا صارفین کا کہنا ہے کہ 26 سالہ انیقہ عتیق کو ناحق سزاء سنائی گئی جبکہ سوشل میڈیا پر سیو انیقہ کے ہیش ٹیگ سے ٹرینڈ بھی چل رہا ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ 4 روز قبل راولپنڈی کے ایڈیشنل ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن جج عدنان مشتاق کی عدالت نے مجرمہ عنیقہ عتیق کو توہین رسالت ﷺکے مقدمہ میں سزائے موت جبکہ مجرمہ کو سائبر کرائم ایکٹ کے تحت اور دیگر دفعات کے تحت مجموعی طور پر بیس سال سزا سنائی تھی۔

انیقہ عتیق نے سوشل میڈیا پر توہین آمیز کلمات ادا کیے اور توہین رسالتﷺ کا جرم کیا، جب کہ ایف آئی اے سائبر کرائم ونگ نے 13 مئی 2020 کو مقدمہ درج کیا تھا۔کیس کی سماعت اڈیالہ جیل میں ہوئی مجرمہ بھی جیل عدالت موجود تھی۔

First of all,blasphemy isnt freedom of speech.
Secondly, It happens all over the world that whoever breaks the law is punished, Aneeqa broke Pakistani law and sentencd to death.
