Remember the mob lynching incident that occurred yesterday over a Lahori woman a digital dress showcasing Arabic fonts? Well, the page that is accountable for making that specific dress has openly warned Pakistani users to unfollow the page.
The brand got offended by the incident where the woman was falsely accused of blasphemy for wearing a dress with an Arabic print and posted a note on its Instagram story in which the page warned Pakistanis ‘following and messaging them’ after the controversy that sparked on social media.
The story reads: ‘Dear Pakistani people. We have nothing to do with the recent incident that happened to the innocent girl. We are based in Kuwait company and we do not ship worldwide.”
It added, “Please stop following and messaging since it is really disturbing. We use Arabic words and letters in different fonts everywhere since it is our language.”
