KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has permitted a go-ahead to a judicial inquiry into the BDS student Nimrita kumari’s death case on Wednesday.
District of Larkana and Sessions Judge had sought the high court’s permission for a judicial inquiry into the matter. The Sindh government had written a letter to the District and Sessions Judge, Larkana requesting the judicial probe.
Two students have been arrested on suspicion in the alleged murder case of Nimrita Chandani, a BDS student at the Bibi Aseefa Dental College, who was found dead in her hostel room. The family of the dental student has refused to register a case of the incident.
According to reports, Nimrita Kumari and Mehran Abro were brilliant students of their class, and Mehran’s family had also attended the marriage ceremony of Nimrita’s brother.
On 14th September, Nimrita Kumari was found dead with injury marks on her neck in her hostel room of the Bibi Aseefa Dental College in Larkana.
