Saudi Arabian officials have announced updated fees for several visa services for 2025, affecting businesses and expatriates in the country.
According to reports, the Ministry of Interior’s Absher Business platform has revised the costs for seven important services, which are essential for enterprises managing foreign workers and residency permits.
The new service fees are as follows:
- Exit and readmission visa extension: 103.5 Saudi Riyals
- Iqama (residency permit) renewal: 51.75 Saudi Riyals
- Final exit visa: 70 Saudi Riyals
- Issuance of a new Iqama: 51.75 Saudi Riyals
- Employee report requests: 28.75 Saudi Riyals
- Modification of expatriate passport details: 69 Saudi Riyals
These updated fees are not part of the employer’s annual package but are for additional services available through the Absher platform. The platform continues to provide a range of essential administrative services to both employers and expatriates in Saudi Arabia.
The revised fees reflect the Saudi government’s efforts to streamline services while maintaining the necessary regulatory and administrative frameworks for foreign workers in the kingdom.
