A special concert celebrating legendary singer Sajjad Ali’s 50 years in music will take place at the Arts Council of Pakistan in Karachi on Saturday.
Sajjad Ali is a legendary Pakistani singer, songwriter, and composer known for his remarkable versatility across classical, pop, and rock music. A pioneer of modern Pakistani pop, his career spans five decades, marked by both commercially successful albums and a deep respect for his mastery of classical singing.
The event is part of a celebration for his five decades in music.

The venue of the concert is Jaun Elia Lawn, Arts Council Karachi and the show will start at 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Sajjad Ali, at the age of 13, released his first classical hit album, Master Sajjad Sings Memorable Classics, in 1979. He became a pop sensation with timeless albums and singles, including “Babia”, released in 1993, this track became an instant blockbuster and was the beginning of his journey into mainstream pop.
His contributions to music have been recognized with numerous accolades, including multiple Lux Style Awards and the Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Star of Excellence).
