If the snake passes, it is considered futile to beat the line after that, however, after the destruction of the country’s economy, determining those responsible for it is considered a very important duty.
A group of politicians from one direction rises up and blames the politicians and their parties from the other direction that the ship of the economy sank during your time. The government we are running is absolutely fine.
The interesting thing is that whenever there is a problem in the economy, the government is held responsible, which is right because the opposition has nothing to do. It can only perform the duty of criticizing the government of the time.
Two days ago, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar held former Prime Minister Imran Khan responsible for the destruction of the economy and challenged him to a debate on the economy, to which former Finance Minister Shaukat Tareen replied that he [Dar] should debate with him. . Shahbaz Sharif accept the challenge of debate with Imran Khan.
On one side there is a debate and there is a challenge and on the third side the people are watching their own country being ruined by the politicians and are unable to do anything. The question is, will the country’s economy be recovered by accepting your debate or challenge?
In order to move the country’s economy in the right direction, there is a need to curb the trade deficit, foreign exchange reserves, the value of the dollar and the prices of essential commodities which are increasing every day. Both the government and the opposition have to understand this fact.
On the one hand, the price of gold has exceeded 200,000 rupees per tola across the country, due to non-opening of import LCs, traders are having to bear losses of billions, on the other hand, claims of economic development and destruction are being taunted.
There is a need for economic experts to sit together for the integrity of the country and give suggestions to the government with the help of which a country like Pakistan rich in agricultural and mineral reserves and human resources can get billions of dollars per month.
Economists have to understand what are the real challenges of the country and what steps Pakistan should take to tackle them and help the country come out of the fear of default.
Undoubtedly, political chaos is one of the main causes of the economic collapse that has been haunting Pakistan for the past several decades.
Before Imran Khan’s government was replaced by a no-confidence motion, the country’s economy was never as devastated as it is today. The prices of essential commodities are increasing rapidly with each passing day on which the pro-government media seems silent.
It is better that the media should also pay attention to their duties and realize the needs of the people and put the ways of solving the economic problems in front of the government of the time so that the masses can return to their lives.
