In the 18th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10, Quetta Gladiators handed a comprehensive defeat to Multan Sultans in a one-sided contest.
The match, played in Lahore, saw Multan Sultans set a modest target of 90 runs for Quetta. Captain Mohammad Rizwan was the standout performer for Multan, scoring 44 runs.
In reply, Quetta Gladiators chased down the target effortlessly in just 6.5 overs without losing a wicket. Captain Saud Shakeel led from the front with a blistering knock of 42 runs off just 20 balls.
Finn Allen was the top scorer, smashing 45 runs off 21 deliveries, guiding his team to a dominant victory. With this win, Quetta Gladiators have climbed to second place on the PSL 10 points table.
Islamabad United remains at the top, while Lahore Qalandars have now dropped to third position following Quetta’s latest triumph.
