PESHAWAR: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the previous government had put development projects in cold storage.
According to the details, the prime minister addressed the foundation stone laying ceremony of the Torghar Buner Highway, RCC bridge, and Buner-Karakar Link Tunnel along with various projects on the occasion of his visit to Torghar district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
While addressing the ceremony, the prime minister said that we will fully cooperate with the provinces in the completion of development projects on behalf of the federal government, while development work is the vision of Nawaz Sharif.

During the address, the Prime Minister said that Nawaz Sharif’s projects are to be carried forward, with the completion of roads, bridges, and other development projects, Torghar district will enter a new era of development.
PM Shehbaz Sharif said that the previous government put the development projects in cold storage. “We have allocated money for the projects in the budget,” he said by adding, “Development projects should be worked on day and night.”
It should be noted that earlier the prime minister condemned the incident of burning the Holy Quran in Sweden and hinted to talk to the Swedish government to take action against the perpetrators.
