KARACHI: A prayer leader was shot dead over resisting robbery in Karachi on Monday.
According to the details, this sad incident took place in Khairabad area of Karachi, where armed suspects opened fire on Imam Hafizullah in front of the local mosque on resistance during the robbery.
The prayer leader was rushed to the hospital, but he succumbed to his bullet wounds on the way.
After receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and started investigating the murder. During the inspection of the crime scene, the police recovered a shell of 9 mm bullet.

Karachi police say that the armed suspects were street criminals. Further investigation and search for the accused have been started in the incident of the killing of Imam Masjid on robbery resistance in Khairabad.
During September, a robbery occurred in a cement shop in the area of Karachi Police Station, during which the robbers killed the businessman Gul Faraz by stabbing him with knives while the other associate of the businessman Muhammad Nawaz was injured in the attack by the robbers.
