The latest Pakistani film ‘Moklani – The Last Mohanas’ made history by winning the Jackson Wild Media Award.
The film portrays the efforts of the Mohana, the indigenous fishing community of Manchar Lake, against the backdrop of the climate crisis in Pakistan.
According to foreign media reports, the Jackson Wild Media Award is considered parallel to the Oscar Awards worldwide.

The film was produced by Jawad Sharif Films with the support of National Geographic Society and Climate Kahani.
